Slow Food by Sunset

From North to South, we’ll teach you about cuisines across Italy and why each region is special.

Taste traditionally made and locally produced items, as we enjoy the tradition of aperitivo, dinner, and gelato. Together we'll explore Prati, a neighborhood many tourists miss out on, and discover why slow food is so important in Italian cuisine.
